Does that mean that this is not the correct forum for me to be situated in? The product seems to be a similar one but a different brandname.

If you have purchased the small table top grey boxed Imagebox, with the red on/off button.. this is indeed the place you need to be....

I believe Polydiam do have a large commercial size machine that retails around the £1000 mark.. but this is not the system that can be used in the home that is on my site..
